ITidiots.com

Thanks to Nick and Nicky for starting up ITIdiots and for Sufay for help keeping it going after Nick left. I know Nick became more and more busy and probably lost a lot of love for the idea, due to people moaning about content and/or lack of updates. We all know you were doing it for free and it was appreciated, people moan when they love something :) so was a compliment in a way.

But it does appear ITIdiots has come to an end. I hope Nicky and Sufay keep the site up at least for reference. I also know Nicky said he might be doing something soon with ITIdiots. However, the problem of long breaks is the audience you once had have all moved on to other things now.

I know Nick was hoping it would become big enough it would start to make them money, he's admitted it in a few episodes and it's a shame the exam training vids never took off. I do feel the lack of investment coming in is one of the big reason Nick stopped appearing. I know Nick and Nicky are still mates and I know what it's like when you have a big idea, that you hope will make you money and then doesn't. You become bored of it. I think if you'd marketed the exam vids well, given the first few away for free, made them a lot cheaper than places like Lynda.com and Trainsignal then it could of been a big hit.

But it was all fun while it lasted. I sadly have kept all the old itidiots vids for reference when needed :)
